aleemkhan		Dear Baback, Usually, the first question in a First time home-buyers mind is, Can I buy a house?. The real question they are trying to ask themselves is, Am I able to afford the mortgage payments of a one, two, or three bedroom house? Having said that, my suggestion is to focus on some examples and illustrations of income / purchase price / carrying cost of the mortgage (including mtg pmt, taxes, condo fees, utilities) to show a buyer the TRUE picture, not just the mtg payment. Just explaining and having a discussion on this topic could easily go for half hour or more. One Focused topic should be more than enough. ...just my two cents.
