j23mcdon		Hello everyone, I am searching for a condo in Downtown Toronto and have had a rude awakening with the prices that are coming my way. I hear about all these people that save tens of thousands of dollars because they bought at the right time. What is the right time is it buying from the plans, or before they are registered?
