The luckiest person in the world is the person who has never met a lawyer, let alone used one. I've been investing in real estate since 1980 and have NEVER used a lawyer. This is simply an ad for prepaid legal and I won't comment on my experience with them. Lawyers are supposed to know contracts. I specialize in land trusts and 98% of lawyers are clueless in this area.
